This very spicy Cocktail bitters is an essence obtained from a variety of different Mexican chilies, some extremely spicy, some rather mild. The smoky aroma derived from the Mezcal base adds a perfect combination to this fiery creation! The use of different types of chili rounds up the taste of this Cocktail bitters very nicely. The producers were able to capture not just hot, but mild and slightly sweet characteristics of those chilis.
